Scott Tilton of Herndon demonstrates how to read the 'fuel gauge' in a Trabant, an East German made car. Raise the hood, open the fuel tank cap, release the dipstick, insert it into the fuel tank, pull it out, and look for the depth of the gasoline/oil line on the end of the stick.
