Hispanic Leadership Alliance vice president Teddi Predaris (left) awards the Scholarship for Leadership to Mount Vernon High School senior Stefany Amaya (right). Amaya is graduating with an IB diploma and 4.0 grade point average. She plans to attend George Mason University and study foreign relations and or criminology.
