Matthew Lawley, a Herndon High School graduate and current freshman at Northern Virginia Community College was awarded the 2019 Arthur M. and Berdena King Eagle Scout Award by the Virginia Sons of the American Revolution – after successful runs through local competition. He will now be eligible to compete and the national level in the summer. Matthew is pictured with Virginia SAR Eagles Scouts Chair on the left, and Bill Denk of McLean, Fairfax Resolves Eagle Scouts Chair.
