Parents Josh and Kim Westfall of Herndon are mindful not to expose their ten-month-old baby to any sounds that could potentially damage her hearing. To prevent the possibility of a future hearing loss, smiling Olivia wears her baby hearing protectors to the Friday Night Live! Concert.
