Assault/Destruction of Property - Nov. 15, 1100 blk Criton Court. Officers responded to the 1100 block of Criton Court for an assault and destruction of property in progress. When they arrived the suspect, age 24, of Herndon, fled inside his home. Officers entered the home a short time later and took him into custody without incident. He was charged with Assault and Destruction of Property. The victim sustained minor injuries, and approximately $1,000 worth of damage was done to her vehicle. Two outstanding warrants from Loudoun County were also served to him. He was held at the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center
